Findings are imported in Draft status, meaning that Clients do not see them. Admin and Pentester roles can change this at any time by changing the Status of the Finding and by publishing a Report.
1. Go to Pentests in the left-hand menu
2. Click on the relevant Pentest
3. Move to the Findings Menu in the Pentest Dashboard
4. Click “...” in the menu for the Finding you’d like to publish
5. Click Edit
6. Scroll Down to “Status”
7. Choose “Pending Fix”
7.b Alternatively, click on the Finding from the Findings Menu. Click "Change Status" in the popup menu. Set Findings as "Pending Fix". This will mass update all selecting Findings.
7.c. Scroll to the Activity section and update the Status from the Status menu. You may add a comment and any files you wish at the same time.
8. Click Submit
The Client, including any employees the Client has assigned to the Pentest, will receive a notification in real time as you publish Findings. This means you can either publish Findings as they become available to you or all at once. You can, of course, generate a full report at any time following moving the Pentest to "Offboarding" status. Non-published Findings do not show up in Reports.
